Frequently asked questions
Minimum quantities, print-ready artwork rules, EU PPWR documentation, material verification, lead times and worldwide shipping.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our low-volume runs start well below conventional offset minimums. Exact entry quantity depends on box size, board grade and finishing — send us your dimensions and target count and we will confirm what fits the current shared-plate schedule.
Can several designs be produced in one order?
Yes. Compatible jobs are grouped onto shared plate layouts and produced in one press window, so multiple designs or language variants can run together while each keeps its own colour references.
How long does a typical low-volume run take?
Lead time depends on quantity, finishing and the current shared-plate schedule. Once artwork is approved we confirm a production slot and an estimated delivery window before you commit.
Can I reorder the same artwork later?
Yes. Colour references, die-cut tooling data and material specifications are retained, so repeat runs match the approved sample and no new plate charges are needed.
Do you handle general printing work?
No. We focus exclusively on packaging for electronic products: colour boxes, labels, inserts, manuals and the associated brand printed materials.
Which artwork file formats do you accept?
Print-ready PDF (PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4), plus AI or layered PSD with outlined fonts. All images 300 dpi at final size, CMYK plus defined spot colours, 3 mm bleed, and text kept 2 mm from cut lines.
Will you check my files before printing?
Yes. Artwork validation is part of every job: colour space, resolution, bleed, fonts, barcode scanning behaviour and die-line consistency are reviewed before plates are produced.
How do you keep colour consistent between orders?
Colour is managed against agreed reference values with documented tolerances, and reference samples are retained for repeat runs — including when several SKUs share one box family.
Which compliance documents do you supply?
EU PPWR supporting documentation, material composition verification for the substrates and finishes used, and batch traceability records tying each delivered carton quantity to its production run.
What material verification do you perform?
We verify material composition for the boards, papers and finishes used in your job and supply the resulting reports with the shipment, so your compliance file contains documented evidence.
Does the documentation guarantee EU market access?
We supply the packaging-side documentation that supports your EU compliance work and reduces review risk. Final legal responsibility for product placement remains with the brand owner or importer.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Europe is our main service region with regular lanes into DE, FR, ES and NL, and we ship worldwide under the same documentation and traceability process.
Which information do you need for a quote?
Product dimensions, quantity, board and finish preferences, target markets, delivery address and required timeline. A drawing or reference photo helps too.
